Hi there, I am Amy.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Emphasis Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am supervised by Annie Brogger, M.S. LMFT #44833.
I see it as an honor to be trusted with the stories and struggles of my clients as they navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and the journey toward a more authentic life. I believe life was meant to be lived in connection. Our early relationships shape how we relate as adults and form the lens through which we see ourselves and the world, an essential part of the family-of-origin healing work many women seek.
In this fast-paced, disconnected world, presence and authenticity can be hard to find. I’m passionate about offering a warm, non-judgmental space for women in Orange County and across California through online therapy for women. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, depth-oriented, and attachment-based therapy, helping clients build self-trust, explore emotional patterns, and reconnect with themselves at a deep level.
I work holistically, attending to emotional, relational, and familial experiences, and I walk alongside clients as they grow toward clarity, resilience, and wholeness.
I’m someone who values curiosity, connection, and finding moments of humor and gentleness in everyday life.
